Interpret and assist in implementing complex accreditation and regulatory requirements.
Complete regulatory and accreditation applications, annual reports, disclosures and data reporting. Provide comprehensive review of self-study drafts and assist institutions in composing official responses to team draft reports.
Create and help implement compliance assessment programs to track and analyze gaps and trends; conduct audits and provide guidance on corrective action plans to drive process improvement.
Develop new policies or revise existing policies to reduce risk. Create procedures to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct.
Draft responses to internal and external student complaints, recommend changes to existing policies and develop procedures to minimize future student issues.
Develop marketing compliance and communications policies. Facilitate conformity and compliance for all external documents, including marketing, admissions and training materials.
Facilitate relationship-building with regulatory bodies.
Assist in all aspects of Title IX training, policy development and review, sexual misconduct complaint response & investigation, campus safety & security.
